Thanks Bob for your reply I did a search but i'm afraid that I am unclear as to my first step. Here's what I need to do.
I have a database of customer info like Name, Address, $ amount so on.. I need to import these fields into a standard letter to around 500 people and then e-mail it.
I beleive I should start by setting up the database.
Then set up the form as a letter so I can import the fields contained in the database in there correct places.
What would be next.
I use outlook express.
Can you help??
