Marquee start position?

What I would like to do is have a marquee start with text in the box. Now it starts out empty and scrolls text into the box from the bottom. Is there a way to start the box full and scroll from there.

Hi,

I believe it will always start empty but you can set the speed so it loads very quickly.

I was afraid of that. The closest I can come is starting out with a really fast speed and when the page is fully loaded it slows it to the speed I want, it will be a little random as far as where it starts depending on the connection speed.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
