I've got a phone that has it's primary and secondary lines both set as MARP. It's on the second desk (temporary) for someone but their primary phone is the one the phone system consistently goes to when you dial their extension which results in a voicemail message (due to the "Forward" button being enabled, but I have tried disabling it with no success). The second desk's phone is able to be called form and shows the voicemail indicator but never receives calls. Am I missing something? I thought MARP told the PBX which phone was the phone to ring in the case that the extension had multiple appearances.

The first listing below is their primary phone and the second listing is the one I'm trying to get to ring.

I believe the hard forward on phone A is going to override the MARP. The MARP doesn't tell the phone to ring, it tells the system to follow the hunting and forwarding of the marped set. You need to cancel the hard forward on phone A.

@KCFLHRC: That worked. Weird. I tried disabling it by way of the button on the original phone and it just ended up ringing to the phone. But when I manually went in and took out the forward (throug the CHG command), it worked. Thanks for the help!
