Marking CC of all incoming mails to one acct. 2

Hi,

I am setting up an Exchange 2000 Server. I have created about 25 mailboxes. When mails are being received from internet, I want to get a copy of all the mails being received.. to be copied to one common corporate account.
How can I do this?

Secondly : For mail-forwarding, i have created Contacts and have mapped the mailbox to forward mails to the contact. But I want the "Contact" to be "Hidden" from the Address Book so taht the users dont pick up this address and send mails twice. How can i do this? In Exchange5.5 we have an option of hiding mailboxes, but I could not find the same in Exchange2000.

To hide mailboxes or contacts, open Active Directory Users and Computers - View - Advanced Features. Open the contact you want to hide and select the Exchange Advanced Tab - check the box "Hide From Exchange Address List".
