Can anyone point me in the right direction here...
I'm woking a new contract job and don't know this environment very well yet.

I have a 8730 connected to an IVR via T1's.
I can see the DS1FD stations built in the switch.
I can see the Agents built to Auto Login
And I can see the hunt group.

What I can't find is how the IVR agents or stations are mapped to the T1. I would have thought a trunk group but there isn't a trunk group clearly labeled or with 120 channels. The hunt group is EAD so the stations are not added as members of the hunt group.

Any thoughts??? I know I'll probably kick myself!

You are probably set up as Agents and Stations. The Station is a physical port on the DS1 and then in the agent config, the agent will be setup as AAS. On the agent config form there is an entry to identify the port

Tolson, Thanks for your reply. OK I see the connection now. The Station is setup as a DS1FD station and lets me enter the T1 port there. That's how it's mapped to the T1. I see in the Agent form the field to enter the station. Much appreciated! That gets me where I need to be! Have a great week.
