Mapping a drive to \\as400\qdls

I have had a drive connected to \\as400\qdls (being a share on our AS400) for a long time and have moved files to it daily using window explorer. Just recently it refuses to map and give the error 'Client Access Network: The network is not present or not started' when I try to access it. I can't see any errors on the AS400 side.
I'm using NT4 on my PC on an NT Network. Has anyone got any ideas what the problem could be?
