All right, now it's blowing up on the

Could it be because the default "MS Exchange Settings" isn't linked to the global address list?

I'm getting an "E_ACCESSDENIED" message with this number:

-2147024891

After the user has logged on, check the Mail applet in control panel and see which is the default Outlook profile; make sure it's "Microsoft Exchange Settings"

Thanks Paul, but it's already set that way.

I think it has something to do with the "Script Logic" that we've recently installed on our system.

I don't think it can be fixed in VB, but has to be fixed on the networks side.

Guess I'll try one of those boards.
