MAPI Error 0X80040102

Hi All:
I am helping a client migtrate from Office 97 to Office 2003 (the final OS is XP SP1). On a few (3) machines out off all the ones migrated (over 100) I have gotten the following error. This happened Only when trying to import the PAB to to a contacts folder.

Translation Error
An error occurred while importing or exporting and the import/export was terminated. MAPI error 0X80040102 was reported. Please try to import/export again later.


I've found one thing from M$ but it is about mounting a new store on an Exchange server and needing the computer account to have access. This does not seem to be the answer.

We are obtaining the same error message 0x80040102 when attempting to move some of our mailboxes to a new Exchange storage group. The Exchange 2000 mailbox move untility I think uses MAPI.
