MAPI Controls Not Licensed?

I have an existing VB6 app that I wanted to make some changes to. Now when I compile the app I am told that the MAPI controls are not recognized. I tried to replace the controls and was told that "License information for this component not found. You do not have the appropriate licensing to use this functionality in the design environment."

Suggestions?

I beleive I have resolved the problem. I first tried all of the MS suggested fixes, reinstalling the SP, running utilities to license the controls, etc., to no avail. I then unregistered and reregistered the MSMAPI32.OCX file and solved the problem.
