Did you flash the BIOS?
Flushing CMOS may help...but the problem might be the motherboard.
As I understand it, manufacturing mode is just the first step programing mode for programing a new bare motherboard with the very first code it ever runs. Once the board is programed i.e. flash bios it no longer needs
that mode.
Otherwise there seems to be a BIOS/motherboard problem.
