The entire question is in the subject line really. :)

I should mention that I found a knowledgebase article which states that I should stop NAIMAG32.EXE, alter the value for ShowAgentUI in the .ini file, then run NAIMAG32.EXE and NAIMAS32.EXE.

I'm running 3.1.1.184

I can only assume those instructions are for a different version ...

Ok,

If I understand correctly, the epo agent icon is not displayed and you want to get into the epo agent monitor.

1) Open the task manager
2) find agent monitor process and end it
Under ePO 2.x it is NAIMAG32.exe
Under ePO 3.x it is UpdaterUI.exe
3) Find and edit the Agent.ini located in the ePOAgent folder.
This location may be different under ePO 3.
4) Change the ShowAgentUI=0 to ShowAgentUI=1
5) Manually execute the Agent Monitor program NAIMAG32.exe or UPDATERUI.exe

The ePO agent icon will appear in the systray double click on it to open the monitor.

You can view the agent log through a web browser also by using the address or ip address>:8081
