Ms Access automatically saves the record when the cursor moves outside the control.
i want to disable this functionality.
data must be save only when the Save Button is pressed on the form

i can make the Save Button
i dont know who to disable automatic saving of record

kindly tell me if there is any solution

Thanking in advance

I think you will find it saves when focus moves off the record rather tahn the form. The exception to this is with a subform, where moving between the mainform and the sub form will cause a save to occur.

You could use unbound forms, then the saving is entirely in your hands
