is there any tutorials around on manually compiling a program? typosoft has talked about it, and i don't have the time or patience to find it right now (i'm restricted to the ol' p 120) if anyone has any tut's around or know of any on the net, it'd be a big help. thx!!!

There are examples of how to do it around, but you might
check your local library for a QuickBasic manual (4.x or
above). there's been lots of books written on QuickBasic
too so, you should find some good help on that there.

I built a compiler aid that should be available on my
web site. I built it so that I could compile a group of
programs at one time using a bat file.

You might get some insight on manually compiling, by looking at the code.

the web site is:

(on the files page). (the frames version of the site is faster loading).
