I am trying to figure out how to setup a m7324 to manually answer when I pick up the receiver. When I pick up and the phone is ringing I have to either select the ringing line or press the Pick Up button.

Is there anyway to setup the phone to pick up the ringing line when I pick up the receiver? That's my basic question.

Under the programming in Terminals&Sets -> then type in the set number -> under Line Access look for PRIME Line and change that to I/C for Intercom.

So I have to set up each individual line to pick up like that or just one and it will work for all of them? Like if I use the primary line for the number I type in, would it work for all lines? Even when a call is not rolled over to another line?

Sorry for the confusion, just trying to get to the bottom of it! Thanks.

If they do ring at that set, then check the easy stuff first- On the back of the phone, there are 3 jacks. Make sure the handset is not plugged into the middle one.

Prime line shouldn't have a bearing on answering a ringing line, but stranger things have happened.
