I try manage a Windows 2000 machine from active directory and i get the following message.

Computer Computer_Name cannot be managed. The network path was not found. Choose "Connect to another computer" from the action menu to manage a different computer.

Microsoft has a fix for XP machines, but not for Win 2000 machines. Anyone have any ideas?

make sure the default shares are shared on the remote computer. Like c$, admin$, ipc$

Thanks, but I simply pointed to the computer location, and was able to manage the computer.
