Has anyone had this issue before: We have a IP500 with 5.0.26 (because we still have CCC) that has been working for a few years. Lately, when a call center agents press their HG enable to remove their ext, the 5610 phone will automatically log them back into the HG and when a call is presented to the phone, the agent is not able to answer (the phone freezes). Another agent will call pickup the ringing call; when the agent presses the button again, it logs them in again in a couple of minutes. I have added an ext login/logout buttons to their phone. When the agents press the HG enable & the ext logut button and swapped between DND on. The phone will automatically log in the ext & log them back into the HG; the same would happen with DND. We have turned off delta server, so that CCC is taken out of the equation. We have replaced the Manager server, rebuilt the configuration from scratch, replaced the network switches. It worked for a couple of days, as soon as I turn on delta server, the issue started up again. Now, the agents are getting multiple calls that are being routed from a HG that is programmed for longest waiting. I was told (by someone who can actually decipher that language!) that the monitor traces indicate that the user is logging in the phone (at 1am, the office is closed). I have done many different configurations and nothing has cleared this up. Another weird thing, I have asked the agents to disconnect their phones when they are away from their desk and system status will still show the user as being in an idle state. I am going to be stoned in the company breakroom at high noon, if I don't get this resolved...quickly!
