Manage NORTEL Licensing

Hi There

I hope this is the right place to post this question. I am a Nortel tech for an insurance company and i have been given the task of doing a licensing audit for the organisation. Short from creating a spreadsheet with all the different departments and licenses, does any one have a better more structured approach or some ideas that could make my license audit more proffesional?

This needs to be a working/running file that needs to be updated regulary. It is for our directors and management staff that need quick reference for budgets, staffing numbers etc.

The phone part is easy. Each phone is one license or it does not work.

You could download a copy of OrderPro off the Nortel WEB the latest version being 8.1.xx now with the 'Avaya Logo' mainly used for Nortel sales, quoting tool, upgrades etc It'll have all the details needed for an Audit extract from the switch via different comms options, run and save as and when

Hi There

Thanks for the responses. I have got all info from ld 22, also all my NORTEL licensing from AVAYA eg, CCT, CCMM, CC6 and callpilot.

I will just try create a excel spreadsheet with everything on that i need and try and automate the input for the different phones and licenses. And i suck at excel.(thats why i download everything from ghtrout.com)
