I hope this is the right place to post this question. I am a Nortel tech for an insurance company and i have been given the task of doing a licensing audit for the organisation. Short from creating a spreadsheet with all the different departments and licenses, does any one have a better more structured approach or some ideas that could make my license audit more proffesional?
This needs to be a working/running file that needs to be updated regulary. It is for our directors and management staff that need quick reference for budgets, staffing numbers etc.
