Manage DOs (Java) WIndows

Hi,

I was looking for a way to manage the multiple DOS windows that some of our in-house Java applicationes spawn in order to run. Basically, I'm looking for a way to contain a command line application within one interface or GUI, so it shows up in taskmanager as a particular application, but I don't need to have 20 DOS windows running.

If there is something that will run this as a service, even better (i tried srvany and didn't like that, FYI).
