Malicious Call issu

Dear Team,

we need your support regarding a Malicious Call issu.

We have an OpenScape 4000 V6 R2.17.0 system and now I need tun on the Malicious Call with belowAMOs:

• cha-cossu:type=cos,cos=10&70,AVCE=TRACE&MCIDA;
• CHA-FEASU:TYPE=A,CM=TRACE&TRACCO;

and now the system output just like below:

(it does not output the message "STNO INTERN"& "STNO EXTERN")

but I remember I do the same setting on hipath4000 v5 an its output the correct message like below:

Thank you for your reply！
The client is a hotel user. Sometimes some guests will complain that someone called them late at night. They need to find the number that made the malicious calls.
I run RESTART;to restart adp and now the system output the correct message with amo hista.
