Hello again Access Experts

I just about have my form completely user friendly (thanks to you all) and I will need to make about 20 copies of that form, each with slight variations for each unit. I was wondering, for when I get there what is the best way to make a copy of a form so both the appearance and functions are copied. I can then go in and slightly modify the suttle differences.

Thank you

Use the Shortcut menu Copy and Paste. This will copy the whole form including any code module.

Right-Click the form and Copy. Right-Click any blank area in the DB window and Paste. You will be prompted for a new name for the copy.

I didn't follow you other thread, so I don't know your level. Depending on the "minor changes" you need to make it you may want to create one form and display/hide controls depending on the user that is logged on. Having multiple copies of forms and code increases your overhead. Also, maintenance would be much harder than just one form.
