Making Colourfull Scripts

I have a little program and wish too some colour to it. I found Ncurse and was willin to create windows etc. etc bu I cannot get it to compile with perl version 5.8.

Anybody have any help as to out how can get my text to be a different colour? [I am only using the print function]

Or help with installing Ncurses?

Try the Term::ANSIColor module.

Example:

use Term::ANSIColor;

print color("red"), "Danger, Will Robinson!\n", color("reset");
