making bulk changes to an entire OU container... need to find tools

Does anyone have recommendations of some great software to make MASS/Bulk changes to objects in a OU container in AD.

I've downloaded some tools, but havent found one I like... asking for recommendations.

ADMODIFY.Net from Microsoft comes to mind. You can download it from Microsoft's site.
