Making a new server 2003

We have 4 Servers 2000, 2 are running active directory, we want to add a 2003 server to domain. Does anyone know if this is a good or bad thing.

Its better to test it yourself firstly in your own environment and it does depend on what role you want the server to have.

It shouldn't cause too many problems as it pretty similar to 2000.
