Make word visible after use FollowHyperlink

I open a worddoc with the
application.followhyperlink me.docLink
structure in Access2000.
It works but 2 things irritate me:
first> Why becomes the document not the active screen?
second> The WebBar comes up irritating in the middle of the screen.

How can I solve this 2 'problems'?
