I would like to get a phone when called to directly go to the front desk. when we use the make set busy it rings and rings then get's forward to attendent, how can you do it immeditaly?

Call forward the phone to the front desk, or out the phone and make that DN an ACD night call forwarded to the front desk.

You may want to check the MARP on the phone. Is there multiple appearances of this number? It sounds like the numbers may be MARPd to another set.
