Make Outlook XP Email Settings Roaming

I have Windows 2000 Server with Active Directory and roaming profiles but I am not running Exchange. Instead, each user has an IMAP email account from an ISP.

I would like a user's email settings (account name, pw, email server, personal folders, etc) to be roaming with their profile. Outlook XP seems to want to store these settings locally. How can I have it grab the settings from the user's profile on the server?

Step-by-step instructions would be appreciated.
