Our fax services have been outsourced off-site, with no voice connection to the other party. Management would like calls from the off-site fax department to look like an inside call. I have tried *T from Audix, vectors, delete and insert a 5 digit extension. Nothing appears to work. Any other ideas ?

Make external call appear as inside call

I would think that a vector would work if "allow VDN override" was set to N. What did the vector look like?
