Make available offline by batch command

I have a problem that I wonder if any of you can solve? Each time I set up a user on a laptop, there are three network folders that I make available offline for the user. I have to do this manually for each one by right clicking the folder and selecting make available offline. Do any of you know of a command line that can be used instead? I have a batch file that I run for each user that sets up some user specific items on the computer and I would like to add the offline files to this batch file.
