Make an index page for a report

Hello all

I am printing off a multi-page report that will be more like a book when I'm done, and it's got a list of our customers by district. I would like to have an alphabetical list of the customers, showing which page number the record is on in the report. Is this possible? Just like an index at the back of a book.
