Maintenance Price?

Would anyone know the estimated monthly maintenace cost for a Partner ACS system with 12 telephone set and NO vocie mail?

Hi archer1300,
Many things will affect this. How old the system is, what the wiring and install is like and the enviroment the system is in. Your area also plays a role. To get a quote, someone in your area needs to go in and look at the site. Low ball quotes are not usually good. The terms of the maintenace are very important as well.
Are you happy with the service is one thing you need to ask yourself. Be honest and reasonable with yourself.

Very important is the response time, and hours of coverage. What are expectations for replacement parts in stock? It costs a lot more to have parts driven to your site within 2 hours than it does to have them shipped a few days later.
