Maintenance Price

Would anyone know the estimated monthly maintenace cost for a Partner ACS system with 12 telephone set and NO vocie mail?

I'm working on a budget and my account rep is slow.

No clue, but the partner phone sets are are hardly worth putting under maint. Those things never break.

You don't want a maintenance contract on a Partner ACS, you can buy anything you need on the internet if it breaks and your 12 year old son can program it for you.

I was going to say that...hehe

But having the ability to pick up the phone and have someone drive a part out to a remote site, put it in and program it, does have quite a bid of value.

However, you can remotely add the "saved" config back to a system so keeping an extra processor and one extra 308 board on hand would probably cost you all of $500-700 bucks on a one time deal.
