I was told yesterday by our Territorial manager that all maintenance contracts are moving to a per port contract as they run out. They are going to use the total available ports for figuring the cost. I was told the cost is going to be around $3.00 per port with phones, a little less without. But it's all or none. All hardware will still be maintained, but will not be listed on the maintenance contract and will not affect the cost. There will also be an additional cost for intuity, but I wasn't given any prices.

We moved to a "per port" contract the last time we came up for renewal. It works out better. Instead of paying per phone, per card, per everything, you just pay for the ports. We ended up saving about $1,000 per month on maintenance (went from ~$1,800-1,900 to $863). Everything is still covered.
