I am working with our vendor towards a new maintenance contract for our opt 11c, in the contract they list serval things that are on the switch that they won't cover (Material code *NMAA, 536560, and 536561), I have been waiting for serveral days to get an answer from them as to what this things are; I thought I would ask you guys in until I hear something back.
