mailto Issue Help

Hey guys I have a link in my app that has worked for years literally.

mailto:dude.name@yourdomain.com?subject=Price Sheet/Quote&body=Write something here to customer...&attachment="\\intranet\tempdocs$\2008-3-12-ID51202.xls"

yesterday users are complaining that outlook won't load it anymore. If I drop the attachment it works fine, add it back in like its been for years no luck.

I have a feeling that its an untrusted zone or something of this nature and cannot for the life of me figure out where and what do to about it.

Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003 are being used. IE 7 is also being used. I know a security update screwed me on this deal, just need to know how to fix it.

I think you are on the right track. I would try adding the source for the attachment into the trusted sites zone within IE.
