Mailsend fails after the MailResolveReceipient has dup. names

If the mail recipient structure (name) has one name which is duplicate , and when call to MailResolveReceipient is given, I get an outlook seletion box, to select the right name. After I do, the mailSend fails always. Have tested all the Subject,NoteText,mailrecipient structure values are valid.

The same thing works if no such type of name in in 'To' list.

Please let me know the solution.
