Hi,

My organisation is changing its name and as a result, we'll have a new domain name and new email addresses. For continuity, there is need to run two e-mail address - the new and old - concurrently for some time (say three months). How can I set up the exchange clients to recieve mails for both addresses in one mailbox? I am running Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4.

Regards,

Andy

This may not be possible since you are changing your domain name but you can just add a second SMTP address to the mailbox. Open the new mailbox and go to the "Email Address" tab. Click Add -> Other -> SMTP and type in the email address.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
