Mails coming to all documents instead of inbox

Can any one help me in establising the cause of mails coming to all documents instead of inbox.

Have you tried doing a refresh of the mail database? I have seen this happen before, but don't remember the cause.
If you are on the workspace, just right click on the mail database and go to Database | Refresh Design.
