Mailmerge with Details Section

Hi All,

I work in a school and I am trying to merge student details into a word document.

The name, address etc is not a problem but I need to merge a details section which contains student subject choices.

How do I do this?

Hi...

I was just browsing and saw that you did not get any replies to your question.

Mailmerging in from Access into Word - means that you are mailmerging fields from Access into your Word document.

Question: are all the fields in the same table?

If not, then you will have too create a query with the names, addresses and student subject choices before you can mailmerge to your Word document.
