mailing list

I have a site on a hosted server and I want to make a mailing list where everybody can post a messege and send it to everybody from the list, not only the administrator of the list. I find many mailing list scripts on the net but all of them does only the last thing not I need.
Can anyone help me with a link to a site where I can find a mailing list?
I have to mention that I can't compile programs so I can't install thing like majordomo...

The wonderful Matt Wright provides loads of free scripts and I'm sure the type of thing you're after will be included.
