I'm using Exch 5.5 sp4 on NT4 boxes w/Outlookk 2000 and 2002 clients. In exchange administrator, when viewing mailbox information (ServersS\Servername\Priv Info Store\Mailbox Resources), I see a couple accounts that have \\OURDOMAIN\Administrator as the "Windows NT Account". All other mailboxes show the appropriate user account with the appropriate mailbox - i.e. Johnny Rotten \\OURDOMAIN\jrotten. When opening up the properties tab of the mailbox, the correct "Primary Windows NT Account" is listed.

Any explanations?

Typically, this view shows who last accessed the mailbox. So if you ran a mailbox manager session, or some other process that required admin or service account access, you'd see that account listed...

Thanks.

I was able to verify this by accessing a user account from my (admin) mailbox.
