Mailbox restore using Arcserve

I am using Arcserve advanced edition to backup the server. Whenever I need to restore a certain users mailbox, I can only restore the whole 'M' drive, and not drill down to a certain users mailbox. Arcserve said it was the way that the server was set up, I have given the administrator full mailbox access to the mailboxes. Any ideas?
 
Leave the M drive alone.

A brick-level backup is what you need to use. Not the actual file level backup of M. Dan

Is Arcserve installed on the Exchange box or are you backing up from another PC?
