Mailbox greetings via TTS on user portal

Hi there,

how can I leave a voicemail greeting on user portal via TTS like described in the document "Using IP Office User Portal"

I go a test environment Server Edition 12.1.1 with "TTS VMPro Professional License" and works.
However, it is not possible to leave a voicemail greeting via TTS in the user portal. Only “Upload” or “Record” is displayed in the user portal.

In another test environment with subscription, ‘TTS’ is displayed in the user portal, but the error message ‘failed to create text-to-speech audio’ appears.

TTS language packages are installed on both systems
