Experiencing several problems with Exchange 2000. Folks trying to send us mail are getting messages returned with an error that informs them that the message did not make it, because the mailbox was full.

We are also experiencing problems where mail just isn't showing up after it is sent.

I am concerned about a 1221 Event that reads "The database "First Storage Group\Public Folder Store (Server_Name)" has 5 megabytes of free space after online defragmentation has terminated."

I show that the log files are located on the C: drive, which has 5.44 GB of free space. The "EDB" and "STM" files are on the D: drive, and it has 20 GB of free space. The priv1.edb file is 3.13 GB, and the priv1.stm file is 768 MB.

We also us Backup Exec with Exchange Agent.

Any clue as to why we are experiecing these problems?
