a couple of people in my companies email's have froze up, not all. they can send email internally but anything coming from the outside and going to the outside just disappears.
my ideas:
1. reinstall exchange, but not necessary cause it's only a couple of people.
2. backup the corupted user's mailbox than delete and than recreate use(need help on doing these, dont know how, dont know how to find/locate user's mailboxes)
3. any other ideas?
