Hi all, I'm sorry in advance for not sure whether I should post this problem here or DNS section. But I really need urgent advices on the following:
Some mails unable to deliver. On my Exchange 2003, there is a error msg in the Event Viwer.
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeTransport
Event Category: NDR
Event ID: 3030
Description:
A non-delivery report with a status code of 5.7.7 was generated for recipient rfc822;xxxx@xxx.xxx.co.in (Message-ID <7B6110C756CDFD49A58E07699144B6F701500B@mail.company.com>).
And I will recieved an email stated :
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Test Mail
Sent: 6/8/2006 11:56 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
xxxx@xxxx.xxx.co.in on 6/8/2006 12:00 PM
The recipient could not be processed because it would violate the security policy in force
<mail.company.com #5.7.7 smtp;554 5.7.7 Missing PTR Record .>
I have created the MX Record and Host(A)Record for my exchange Mail Server. But my Primary DNS is host by my ISP. I only configured the Forwarders in the DNS.
Hope to hear from all ASAP.
Thanks and Regards
