I would like to setup a scheduled email (every 30 mins) which will be used to check the functionality of our mail systems. I am currently using netmailbot command line utility to send scheduled mail, but would like to send it direct from an outlook profile. The minimum schedule in Outlook is 1 day and therefore not suitable. I'm sure a macro could be generated to do this but I don't know how, nor can I find one on the net. :)

Any suggestions !
