Mail problems

I'm having real problems with sending email. I just sent out my newsletter to 21,000 people.. and I sent them at 150 per minute.. but still they get backed up and there's 5000 now in the queue folder.

WHat I'm wondering is if there are any services out there which I can pay for to send my mail through that can handle this capacity? My current host clearly can't handle this volume and its really important these emails get sent regularly.

I'm basically looking for an online mail server provider that you pay for and send your mail through their servers... is anything like this out there?
