MAIL NOT SENT TO SERVERS IN SAME ADMIN GROUP

I have 2 exchnage servers server1 and sevrer2 in the same administrataive group. Everything has been working fine. Today for some unknown reason users on the 2nd exchnage server can aonly send mail to members who have accounts on that server. If the try and sent to server1 or externally it queues.?

Any ideas please. Im lost. No errors or events reported.
