I'm running Outlook 2002 connecting with an Exchange 2000 server. I have a contacts folder under the Public folders and would like to do a mail merge with this contacts folder. If I try a mail merge from Word, it will only let me see my contacts, not the public folders. Outlook also will not allow me to export from the public contacts, only from my personal folders. Anyone know of a solution other than, "don't use Outlook public folders to store contacts".

Thanks

Sorry for the delay in replying, I've just seen this while searching for something else.
You can mail merge from public folders and I do it all the time. Do the merge from Outlook rather than Word,it's quite straightforward. Go to the Tools, Mail Merge in Outlook and follow the prompts on the screen. You can use a document already created in Word or create one during the mail merge process
