Hi
Using mergefields in Word XP, I want to display DATE (which is today's date) in a mergefield (I know how to do that bit!) then add a number of days (say 21 - I could enter that in an ASK box) and print the result.
(The letter is giving someone three weeks to reply, based on the date of my letter).
{=DATE + 21} won't work.. perhaps if I could convert the date to a number of days (like Excel does... 01/31/2004 is a unique number say 35456) then store it in a bookmark as this number (how?), add 21 days, store the answer and convert it back to a date. Appreciate any help.
